Migrating User Settings from Office 2003 to Office 2010 with App-V

  I was recently asked if I knew of any way to migrate user settings from a locally installed version of Office 2003, to an App-V delivered version of Office 2010. This quite a recurrent scenario. Well, really there are 2 different scenarios.
